If you have no distraction, it is easy just continue to work. You want to be productive and you might feel quilty if you stop for a minute, but that is absolutely wrong, take regular breaks.
Sometimes it is better to have a long break when you are stuck at a problem then when you try to force yourself. 
Without breaks you won't relax and you need to switch your mind periodically and your eyes need a rest from the screen as well.
